2.Will I be charged for receiving messages? NO, there is no charge for receiving messages.

3.How can I join tipoff.ie? Simply logon to www.tipoff.ie and go to register, enter your details and choose the areas of interest to you.

4.How much does it cost to join tipoff.ie? Nothing! Nada! It’s FREE. Tipoff.ie is not a subscription service!

5.Can I opt-out of Tipoff easily? YES, to opt-out simply reply to any message you receive with the word ‘STOP’ or logon to tipoff.ie. or email stop@tipoff.ie or text ‘STOP’ to 0876445837 at any time

6.How do I claim the tickets? When you reply to book your ticket through tipoff.ie in some cases you will pay a nominal fee to secure the ticket. It will be clearly stated when you will be required to pay. You will receive a code which will be shown on arrival at the venue.

7.Does Tipoff use premium SMS shortcodes? Tipoff sometimes uses premium SMS shortcodes to charge users to secure the ticket they are interested in. If this is being used you will be clearly notified that you will be charged should you reply to a particular 5 digit shortcode.

8.How do I pay for the tickets? You pay on arrival at the venue with either cash or credit card.

9.Will I only receive texts relating to my areas of interest? YES, when registering you choose the areas that interest you and only receive messages about those areas.

10.Can I limit the number of messages I receive per week? YES, you can set message limits to pick a maximum number of messages that best suits you.

11.Will I receive texts about stuff I don’t want? NO, we hate receiving SPAM, so we’re not going to send any. You will only receive messages for areas that you have expressed an interest in.
